We attempt to ship all orders complete. In the event of backorders, however, we will ship at our option.

Any account without an approved credit application on file will require Prepayment before the order is released to the warehouse for shipping. All checks, no matter how presented (copy, fax, photo) will be electronically deposited the same day as they are received.

The standard terms for an open account are Net 30 days. To apply for an open account, please complete and return the Credit Application and Resale Certificate located under the 'New Dealer' tab. Finance charges will be added to all past due accounts over 30 days. Finance charges must be paid prior to open account status being reinstated. All past due accounts will be put in review and placed on "Pay to Release" until the account is returned to a current status. 

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for purchases.

Take time to inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. YOU are responsible for all products that you sign for! Any shortages or damages must be noted on the Freight Bill and reported to the carrier and to BAC Fireside Group immediately. Put all notes on the Bill of Lading. Hidden damage or shortages must be reported to BAC Fireside Group Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.

In an effort to provide our customers with a better customer service experience, your telephone calls will be monitored and recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

Pre-authorization must be granted prior to the return of any product. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number will be assigned to all returns. Returns of new, unopened product in re-sellable condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All products returned are subject to inspection and may be denied credit upon receipt by BAC Sales. Customer will be responsible for freight fees on the return. Products older than six months, discontinued or obsolete will not be accepted.
